New-Build Bungalows, St Austell
Four luxury bungalows built on the site of an old Cornish tin mine, with the original smelting chimney rebuilt and UFH installed beneath the screed. Approximately 480 m² of ECO FD E2C was specified to meet a demanding programme. The faster-drying screed kept the build on schedule across stone-fronted and block-built units.

Application
New build executive bungalows on the site of an old Cornish tin mine
The challenge
The project was to build 4 luxury bungalows on the site of an old tin mine. The original smelting chimney has been re-built and the bungalows built traditionally with stone front and block work, incorporating UFH under the screed.
The solution
To meet the demands of the site with time scales, Gyvlon FD was chosen by both site and screeder.
