About ANHYDRITEC

We are the pioneers of liquid screed technologies, known in the UK under the Gyvlon brand of products. For over four decades, ANHYDRITEC has set the European benchmark for anhydrite-based flowing screeds. Our products combine high mechanical performance with exceptional thermal conductivity and a substantially lower carbon footprint than traditional cementitious systems.

What We Do

We work with main contractors, developers, architects and specialist screed installers to engineer the right floor build-up for each project — from heritage refurbishment to high-rise residential and large-scale logistics.

A Level Above The Rest

Every ANHYDRITEC system is backed by independently verified Environmental Product Declarations, dedicated technical support, and a network of trained installers operating to a single quality standard.

Our binders are tested with every customer's ingredients to ensure their optimal performance for the specific application. They are then tested again after being batch-mixed on the sites of our suppliers. Finally, the screeds are tested right before installation by our trained installers. This process of rigorous quality control ensures not only the lasting performance of the complete floor build-up, but more importantly, the well-being of occupants, whether they are city dwellers or country mice; office-based professionals or healthcare workers; educators or care home residents.
