New Luxury Development, Morpeth
A luxury development of two £1m houses needed a quick turnaround so the buyers could move in early. ECO fast-drying screed was installed at 40 mm over Kingspan insulation with water-fed UFH across 240 m². Drying times were halved, letting floor coverings go down a month early and cutting the overall build time.
