Conversion of a former Frankie & Benny's restaurant into two fast-food outlets required a thin, fast levelling screed after new services were installed. Our EXCELIO screed was bonded from 15–30 mm across 450 m². The floor was poured in a single morning and ready for following trades within 24–48 hours.

Screed required to level the old unit after new services were installed; originally planned for 30mm unbonded but issues with levels meant a thinner screed was required.
The solution
Gyvlon Excelio due to it being able to be bonded from only 12mm — a fast, cost-effective solution for large areas.
Results
450 m² poured using two ready-mix truck deliveries on the same day, leaving the floors finished to SR1, ready for the following trade 24/48 hrs afterward.
