Carolyn House required an SR1 thin floor finish across 25,000 m² of high-rise apartment without insulation in the build-up. To achieve this, EXCELIO screed was fully bonded at just 15 mm. The ultra-thin screed delivered an excellent SR1 finish ready for follow-on trades.

The solution
Gyvlon Excelio liquid screed was an ideal screed for this as the screed depth is ultrathin (12 to 20 mm).
Results
